Refund/Cancellation Policy

MotoMark1 reserves the right to cancel any class up to 7 days prior to its scheduled date. Enrollment is subject to space availability. Should you not appear on your scheduled class date, fail technical inspection, or should you be unable to complete your day due to mechanical failure or any other reason, all money will be forfeited.

Your confirmed deposit reserves a spot in your chosen class.

A written notification (by e-mail, fax or postal service) is required at least 14 days prior to your scheduled class date for any cancellations or to reschedule for a later date. Failure to notify us in writing will result as follows:

• 8-13 days prior, your deposit can be applied to another class at a later date with an additional $50 transfer fee, but no refunds will be issued
• Less than 7 days: No refunds or transfers
• Any no shows on the class date will lose all deposits
