MotoMark1 reserves the right to cancel any class up to 7 days prior to it's scheduled date. Enrollment is subject to space availability. Should you not appear on your scheduled class date, fail technical inspection, or should you be unable to complete your day due to mechanical failure or any other reason, all money will be forfeited.
Your confirmed deposit reserves a spot in your chosen class.
A written notification (by e-mail, fax or postal service) is required 14 days prior to your scheduled class date for any cancellations or to reschedule for a later date. Failure to notify us in writing will result as follows:
